Views of Street Elevations & Shared Courtyard
On east-west parcels, four attached single-family houses are built on the outside corners of two lots, grouped around a protected courtyard that provides the cluster of houses with security and ample daylight. Raised porches extend the ground floor living area and maintain privacy from the street or alley.
