City Hall Complex Sacheon, South Korea
Entrance Forecourt
The elemental building assembly is buffered from the street by a garden forecourt which enfronts the sea to the west. The forecourt begins a sequence which proceeds through the loggia and sunlit plaza and continues under the raised Town Hall, to end in the natural landscape of forested hills to the east behind the complex.
