Ensemble from the Southwest
The intrusive, large-scale parking structure is embedded within the block and shielded from the streets by exsting and proposed buildings. The Town Green and Town Garden frontages are masked by an arcade, which is connected through skylighted passages in the parking structure and existing mews between building to the Town’s main street.
